After watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and seeing the results that people had with jucing and the effects on their health I decided to buy a juicer and some organic fruit and vegetables and give it a try. I have experienced headaches, nausea, heavy periods, fatigue and the list goes on and on without a clear reason as to why I experience these symptoms. During the detox I went to work, worked out and functioned as I normally would on any given day. I did not experience any crazy hunger spells or anything like that while juicing. I drank all juice throughout the day, gallon of water during and concluded the day by eating a light salad. I chose to eat a light salad at the end of the day because I really didn't prepare my body to juice prior and didn't want to do more harm than good. I would definitely recommend a juice detox or cleanse to others just to identify the triggers that specific foods have on the body. As you can see from the images below I am a lot less bloated and overall happier. Day 1 vs Day 3
