L-Carnitine, Green Tea Extract, CLA, Fish Oil. (not pictured are Multivitamin and Caffeine pill) Did I mention I love fitness? If not I love fitness, getting stronger, building more endurance, stamina and just the whole works. So last summer I was taking a stack consisting of these supplements and had amazing results. I was stronger, faster and had more endurance! But on the downside I lost weight might be because I was not fueling my body properly due to the intensity of my training but weight loss happened :-(. These brands are better quality then the ones I was previously using and my body knows the difference. I was previously just taking the multivitamin, drinking green tea and taking fish oil.
BRI Nutrition L-Carnitine- Had to lower my dosage to 1 at breakfast and 1 at dinner because mixed with the Caffeine it had me nauseous. Zen Wise Green Tea Extract- Instead of drinking multiple glasses of green tea this has the same benefits of the tea glasses. Zen Wise Mega Strength Fish Oil- No Fish Burps Pure Naturals CLA- Brown gel capsules, easy to take, no after taste. Overall I am liking this stack and hopefully my fitness level will improve as a result of taking these and putting in work.
